Scope

These terms govern use of www.trustholm.com and trial signup. Paid platform services are governed by your order form and master services agreement when executed.

Trial terms

Trials are provisioned after operator review within approximately two business days. We may decline requests that are abusive, duplicate, or outside our ICP. Trials are time-limited and entitlements expire per the applied trial template unless converted to paid.

No credit card

Initial trial signup does not require payment. Conversion to paid services may require PO, invoice, or card per commercial onboarding.

Acceptable use

You must comply with applicable law. Remote script and agent capabilities must be used only on endpoints you are authorized to manage. Probing, scanning, or attacking third-party systems is prohibited.

Marketing content disclaimer

Public pages describe product capabilities and evidence framing-they are not certifications (SOC 2, ISO, IRAP, Essential Eight). Contractual documents prevail for paid customers.

Limitation of liability

Marketing site and trial are provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. See master agreement for production liability caps and warranties.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia unless otherwise specified in your enterprise agreement.
