How long until I get access?

An operator reviews every request, for every product, and we reply within approximately two business days. A pilot tenant is set up only after approval and once hosting for your region is available.

Why are product checkboxes required?

Trustholm is a product family. Checked products tag the HubSpot contact. Only requests that include Govern create a Govern early access request.

Why is review manual?

Early access requests are reviewed by hand. Manual review reduces abuse and routes you to the right product team.

What email should I use?

Use a work email at your company domain. Personal email addresses may delay review.

Can I select a specific Govern bundle?

Yes when marketing bundles load from the API. Bundle selection maps to Govern early access entitlements on your Govern early access request.

What if I am not a fit?

We will decline with a brief reason. Hobby projects and teams without a clear product fit are deprioritized.

Is there a self-serve demo?

Interactive sandbox is planned. Request Govern access to reproduce audit export in your tenant, or explore the Govern overview and trust downloads for procurement artifacts.
